Stay safe
Winners only hear from Luma's own WhatsApp numbers: +266 5996 9592 or +27 82 750 1250. We will never ask you for money, airtime, a PIN, a password, a code, bank details or a photo of your ID, and we never send a link to claim a prize. If anyone does, it is a scam: do not reply.
For parents and guardians
- Luma is a tutor that works in a WhatsApp chat. It uses artificial intelligence, so it can make mistakes. Check important answers with a teacher.
- Luma helps learners prepare, but it cannot promise exam results.
- Learners under 18 should ask a parent or guardian before they sign up.
